Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Sports Hub Meerut, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and have designed a liberal cancellation policy. Below are the terms of our cancellation and refund policy:
· Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
· Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are requested to report this to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. Refund or replacement requests will only be considered after the merchant has verified and confirmed the defect.
· Product Not Matching Expectations:
If the product delivered does not match its description or fails to meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. Our team will evaluate your complaint and take an appropriate action.
· Refund Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 days and credited back to the customer's account.
